Service Agreement

This service contract comes into effect as of (DATE), between Client’s Name (referred to as the “client”) and Veritas Ink and Press (referred to as the “Service Provider”), collectively known as the “parties”.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Veritas Ink and Press shall render the following services to the Client:

TERM

The Client and the Service Provider agree to the following terms:

1. a) The proposed services constitute the entire understanding between the Client and the Service Provider.
2. b) The obligations under this agreement shall extend to the successors, assigns, and representatives of the Service Provider.
3. c) Products and services shall be delivered only upon receipt of full payment from the client.
4. d) Once the client signs the agreement form, refund requests will not be entertained, and amendments to the form will not be permitted after submission. However, in the event of non-delivery of services, the client may request a refund.
5. e)Veritas Ink and Press campaigns may yield varying results based on the quality and sales potential of the availed service. Veritas Ink and Press solely provide marketing services aimed at maximizing its potential.
